Stays of 2 or 3 nights or more, arrivals and departures possible every day (except July and August).

The housekeeping package is compulsory and includes beds made on arrival , bathroom linen, bathmats and two tea towels and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen and barbecue).

The price is 70 euros for one-bedroom villas, 100 euros for two-bedroom villas and 130 euros for three-bedroom villas.

Regular cleaning of the premises is provided.

Booking terms  : A 30% deposit is required (non-refundable); the balance is payable on arrival.

We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), and paper and online holiday vouchers.

The tourist tax on Île de Ré is €1.65 per day per adult; this is to be paid along with the balance on the day of your arrival.

Cancellation policy  : in the event of cancellation, the 30% deposit is non-refundable; however, it may be credited towards a future stay, subject to availability.

If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking is payable to the owner.

Electric or hybrid vehicle charging package with a 3.7kW Green'p plug : 25 euros (to be checked on arrival)

Pets are not allowed in our establishment. 

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm, departures before 10am.

And it is possible to arrive later on your own, using all the information sent by email.
